1. Services
Meridian provides mobile vehicle detailing, recurring maintenance, route-preview estimates, and partner detail-day coordination in the Rockford-area service corridor.
2. Route previews
Route previews use address, date, and service-area data to estimate transit mode, route density, and potential Neighborhood Co-op discounts. A preview is not a confirmed appointment.
3. Pricing
Silver Refresh, Gold Reset, and Diamond Restoration pricing depends on vehicle size, condition, add-ons, route density, and eligibility. Level 1 maintained pricing is reserved for active subscribers inside the 30-day service window.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients must provide safe legal access to the vehicle, remove valuables, disclose unusual soil or hazards, and ensure the service location can be accessed by Meridian.
5. Cancellations and weather
Mobile service may be rescheduled for unsafe weather, inaccessible vehicles, route disruptions, or conditions that would compromise quality or technician safety.
